Prosales Group specialises in marketing services and recruitment with a focus on sales. We are experts in employing and training sales people within our own call centre environment as well as for clients.
We are looking for someone with drive to grow our recruitment side of the business and reap the rewards of high fee percentages on business delivered. Ideally you would like to run your own business but don’t have the experience or money to go it alone. Here we will find the perfect match.
It will not be an easy role where you will be handed clients to resource for but we will pay an open ended commission to reflect the work required. You will be supported but will also be expected to work on initiative and run your own department.
You will be responsible for finding the clients and the roles that they need filling from a database of our existing clients or the sectors where we are experts and have a good reputation.
You will then be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process including sourcing the candidates from resourcing to negotiating salaries etc.

This will be a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the Hertfordshire office or possibly more working from home if the right candidate is not within a commutable distance.
