We have been using ProSales for our delegate sales campaigns since 2017 and they have just completed work on our London Summit which was the 6th campaign.  The Summits are run in New York, Berlin and London and the calls have been spread across the World.

 They have also built us good prospect data and have advised on this aspect of the campaign throughout in order to produce good results.  The campaign management has been extremely good and at all times the telesales agent has represented our brand well.

Since 2018, ProSales have undertaken registration and conversion campaigns as well as a hosted partner program. They need to be flexible due to time zones and we have also used an Arabic speaker for MEA which they were able to provision.

It is important for us to talk to people early in the process due the need often for a Visa prior to their visit and other relevant information that supports the client’s decision in making the final step to attend the event.
